Tunable White Track Lights in Art Gallery

Thanks to the opportunity from Ben Brown Fine Arts (Hong Kong), our Tunable White Track Lights have been successfully adopted in one of the international art galleries. We believe this is one of the pioneer cases in the local market to apply Tunable White lighting in art galleries.

Since the installation back in late 2021, we’re pleased that the customer is happy with the lights and has hosted several exhibition events since. By observing how the gallery customer uses our lights for their events and comparing other galleries we’ve been working on, we started getting more ideas about which type of customers would be more beneficial to our Tunable White track lights.

As this standalone track light works on regular (single-circuit / 2-wire) tracks, the installation was done smoothly as for other track lights. Also, from the experience of setting up the lights for the customer, we got first-hand experience to see the impact of our lights to customer's work. In other words, we also understand the negative impact of using the wrong color temperature on the display items. This experience reinforced the application information and helped us create new ideas, especially on the illumination effects.

Besides the standalone model, we should emphasize that our solution also applies to dimmable tracks. Also possible is that customers would be able to dim and adjust the color temperature of the track lights from a wall plate as with regular dimmable track lights. Depending on the work environments, we can also modify our solution to work with wireless control. Furthermore, since our Dynamic Lighting solution doesn’t only work with track lights, customers can also adopt our solutions for downlights and other lighting fixtures, where Multi-Purpose Rooms can find great use of the new lighting.
