Furthermore, our release of solid Aluminum Alloy faceplate (UK 86 style) for fiting our modular products (23 x 23mm aperture) gives a completely new look and feel of our product offers.
Here is the color-temperature changing effect of our Tune-able White 3-Phase Track Light. This track light can be used on a standard 3-phase track and the Color-Temperature can be adjusted either from a standard faceplate or individually set.
DZ1G300TUNE controller provides an intuitive interface for Dynamic Lighting Control, best suitable for users looking for simple control interface. This controller can be used with our existing products to adjust the Brightness Intensity and Color-Temperature (CCT) value of Tune-able White LED Fixtures. This hardware-only approach does not require a Mobile APP to operate. Thus, it is simple-to-install and easy-to-maintain in the long run. Additionally, our DZ2G300TUNE_TOGG solution has Hotkey operations (Full Brightness, Light Switch-Off, Cool White Preset Trigger, and Warm White Preset Trigger) and allows users to save preferred CCT values (x2) to facilitate their daily operations. Similar to the Toggle Swith Interface, our DZ2G301TUNE_PUSH solution lets users to adjust the Brightness Intensity and Color-Temperature (CCT) value of Tune-able White LED Fixtures only using two push buttons. Again, this hardware-only approach does not require a Mobile APP to operate, which is simple-to-install and easy-to-maintain in the long run. This design is a further development based on our DZ4G450MULT (One-Touch Push Button Interface), where besides the Dynamic Lighting adjustment, the DZ2G300TUNE_PUSH solution has Hotkey operations (Preset High Brightness, Preset Low Brightness, Cool White Preset Trigger, and Warm White Preset Trigger) and allows users to save their preferred CCT values (x2) to facilitate daily operations.
In this version, we added a Cycling operation, so that if the user continues to hold the Brightness button, the Brightness level automatically changes in the opposite direction when it has reached either the MAX or MIN level has been reached. That is, the Light will start reducing its intensity level from the Maximum Brightness Level. Same thing for the CCT value adjustment. Compared with the DZ2G300TUNE_TOGG solution, this DZ2G300TUNE_PUSH solution only requires 3 connections from the faceplate to controller, which is simple for wiring. LTAD-6527-C18-24D_WT is a 20W / 24° Beam Angle Tune-able White Adjustable Recessed Downlight. It has a Tune-able Color-Temperature range from 6500K - 2700K, CRI 90+ performance. This Adjustable Recessed Downlight provides great flexibility for viewing angle and works with our Dynamic Lighting Control solutions. Alternatively, LTAD-4018-C18-24D_WT is a 20W / 24° Beam Angle Tune-able White Adjustable Recessed Downlight and it has a Tune-able Color-Temperature range from 4000K - 1800K, CRI 95 performance.
LTML-6527-5X1-C09-15D_WT/BK is a 20W / 15° Beam Angle Tune-able White Linear Light Bar and has a Tune-able Color-Temperature range of 6500K - 2700K, CRI 90+. This 5x LED Linear Light Bar is suitable for Directional Lighting in Dynamic Lighting application. Alternatively, LTML-4018-5X1-C09-15D_WT/BK has the same functionality, but with a Tune-able Color-Temperature range from 4000K - 1800K, CRI 95 performance. A lower model, LTML-6527/4018-3X1-C09-15D_WT/BK is a 15W model with 3x LEDs.
LTAC-6527-C18-24D-VP01_WT/BK_BP is a 20W / 24° Beam Angle Tune-able White Track Light that has the same function as our Adjustable Recessed Downlight, except that it is built to be used on a standard 3 Phase Track. In the simplest application, the Tune-able Track Light should be controlled by our DZ3G450DIAL and DZ1G1TEN. The higher model is the LTAC-6527-C22-36D-VP02_WT/BK_BP, which is a 30W / 36° Beam Angle Tune-able White 3-Phase Track Light with Color-Temperature range of 6500K - 2700K, CRI 90+.
For Brightness Intensity control, our Tune-able White Track Light accepts either a Trailing-edge or a Leading-edge Phase-Cut signal, possibly from an existing dimming system. For Color-Temperature control, each Track Light has a Bypass switch that allows users to change the current CCT value either from the faceplate or individually set
DZ3G450DIAL is a 450W / 220-240Vac @ 50Hz Trailing-edge LED Phase-Cut Dimmer that has a rotary button interface to provide an intuitive approach for dimming operation. Shown here, we have a DZ3G450DIAL LED dimmer and an On/Off switch fitted into our Silver Aluminum Alloy faceplate. This gives a 1x 450W LED dimming faceplate for a single group of lighting control.
It is a common experience for Installer / Designers to find that driving currents other than originally specified may be required for LED lights in installation stage: Sometimes too bright and sometimes not bright enough. Since many LED Drivers only have a fixed Constant Current output, Dimmable LED Drivers with Selectable Constant Current Outputs have the advantage to easily overcome this kind of problems. For LED dimming based on Constant Current Output Reduction approach, additional consideration should be taken when selecting the appropriate dimmable drivers in order to deliver desired dimming performance. DZ1G1TEN is a 1-10V Controller that provides a control signal to 0/1-10V LED Dimmable Drivers for a linear dimming effect (i.e. 1V ~ 10% Brightness Level and 10V ~ 100% Brightness Level). The device has a Minimum-Trim option that allows further customization of the Lowest Brightness Level from 0.8V - 3.5V level giving the resultant dimming range is from the Lowest Input Voltage Level (V) to 10V. 1-10V Controller is DC based, thus, the polarity of the DIM+/- terminals must be followed. Furthermore, the 1-10V Controller does not require additional Live/Neutral connections from the AC Mains.
0/1-10V Dimmable LED Driver is a very common dimming approach offered by many Dimmable LED Driver Manufacturers. While the 1-10V approach can be easily understood as the 10-100% of linear dimming performance, the dimming performance of < 1V range sometimes can be confusing: Some drivers would be switching-off the light output at a relatively high voltage (e.g. 0.9V) and some have the same effect at a much lower voltage (e.g. 0.1V). This is because the specification only states “Minimal Light Output” @ < 1V range. Either way, it should be mentioned that although there is no light output, this is not the same as actually Switching-Off the Driver. That is, the driver would still be running a standby operation when there is no light output. Furthermore, in order to achieve the 0V output signal to the dimmable driver(s), a pair of Live/Neutral wires from the AC Mains is required, which is the most significant difference between the 1-10V and 0-10V applications.
